Orders placed online are delivered by a parcel delivery service. Once orders are placed delivery will typically be within 5-6 working days.
Orders over £50 are entitled to free delivery. Click and collect is also free.
We have two locations where plants can be collected. The first is at the nursery, Postcode; TN21 9BU (Open 9-5pm Mon-Sat). The second is our market stall in North Cross Road, East Dulwich, London, Postcode; SE22 9EV (Open Sat 9-4.30pm). We will email customers who have requested our click and collect service to inform them as to when their order is ready for collection.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a delivery service to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands or addresses outside the UK.

Damages/ incorrect products
If the plants are not what was ordered or have been damaged in transit please advise us within 14 days of receiving your plants. We would ask that you retain the plants and the packaging and send photographs of the plants and packaging for us to review, we will then organise a refund and the return of the goods.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order that has been placed but not yet delivered please contact us either by phone or email.
Return of products
If you wish to return an item you have purchased, please inform us within 14 days of the product arriving. You then have up to 28 days from the arrival of the order to return it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning the parcel to us. If items are returned in the condition that they were sent out in, a full refund will be given. If plants are not in the same condition we reserve the right to refund up to the amount that we could realistically resell the items for.
