The purpose of this post is to outline to our many customers how we plan to continue to serve you through this period of shut down. From this morning (24th March) our plant centre and north cross road market stall will no longer be opening due to the covid-19 virus.

We plan to continue to trade via our website, via email and via the telephone. Let me outline how we plan to do this. Our website will be the simplest way to order, we aim to put as many products onto our website as possible in the coming days, customers can order in the normal way online and make payment via our website.

For email (sales@cadestreetnursery.co.uk) and telephone orders (01435 862988) please let us know what you would like, we will collate these orders, ring you back to take a credit card payment over the phone and then inform you of delivery or collection times (we are currently investigating whether customers are permitted to collect orders from collection points in our carpark) we will update as and when we have confirmation).

Our delivery fee is as per our website currently (£4.95), but orders over £75 will be free of a delivery charge. We will deliver to the following areas;

  • 6 miles radius of our nursery (TN21 9BU)
  • The following postcodes in London; SE6, SE23, SE22, SE21

Some categories we can only deliver to the above areas, these will be indicated on the website.

Service updates will be posted on our website homepage so you know what is going on throughout this period.

Many thanks Rob and team
